This 17 year old is not only ahead of her game, but she feels empowered to be bringing a fresh perspective to the hip-hop game. I like her flow, and I think she’s got the potential to leave a mark in the industry. The video below is kind of weird and will alienate you, but don’t be fooled by the visuals because her flow is crazy, check it out:

Meet JJ. This duo based from Sweden are definitely worth the listen! We can’t really describe what they do in a specific category because most of their tracks include samples and mash-ups from popular music today. The marijuana references are what got to us. SHOOPS is BACK, with a brand new track! When I got this in my inbox I was curious to see the end result of what they hyped me up for (especially with the preview video), and I wasn’t dissapointed. “She Makes The World (go round)” is a banger, and got stuck in my head, on repeat, for a full day! This joint is addictive and I suggest you prepare yourself before taking a listen because it will be haunting you for days after that first click. Apparently this track was supposed to be a remix at first, and ended up being a full-on original track. GET WITH IT!

Meet Sky Ferreira. Little rebel with a name that you will see everywhere in a tad bit. She has style, she has flare, and she’s a talented little witch. I was introduced to her music by fellow friends Shoops, who stumbled upon her myspace profile not too long ago. She’s been in and out of studio working on what I think is an album under EMI.
